RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our policy has a duration of (30 days). If (30 days) have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
We offer the return service with which you can recover the money of the purchase. To be eligible, the product must be returned in optimal condition, unused and in the original packaging.
Products exempt from return
To complete your return, we need a proof of purchase or receipt.
Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.
Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will verify its conditions and based on the results, we will notify you in an email that we received the item and we will inform you about the approval, or in case of presenting something new, the rejection of your refund.

Only regular priced products can be refunded. disposable, sale items are non-refundable.
Changes (if applicable)
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged (subject to inventory availability at the time of exchange). The shipping cost must be borne by you. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.
